Swell Construction Co. is a locally owned and operated construction company proudly serving Spokane and the surrounding areas. We specialize in residential and commercial construction, remodeling, renovations, and improvements of all sizes.
We started Swell with a simple goal: do quality work and build things we’re proud to put our name on.
From the first conversation to the final walkthrough, we believe construction should be straightforward. We take pride in our craftsmanship, attention to detail, and keeping our clients informed throughout the entire project.
Whether we’re transforming an existing space, tackling a commercial project, or building something completely new, we approach every job with the same standard of care.
At Swell Construction Co., we’re not just here to finish projects — we’re here to build lasting relationships and spaces that are made to last.
Meet the Owner
Hi, I’m Isaiah Saldana. I grew up in Spokane, where construction and real estate were a big part of my life from an early age. Being around the industry gave me an appreciation for hard work and showed me firsthand what goes into taking a project from an idea to a finished space.
I attended Indiana University and Central Washington University, where I also played Division I rugby. Those experiences helped shape the discipline, leadership, and work ethic that I bring into business today.
Swell Construction Co. grew from the experience I had around construction and the opportunity to create a company built around quality work, strong relationships, and a high standard for every project we take on. As the company has grown, so has the range and scale of the work we’re able to take on throughout the region.
As the owner, I stay closely involved with our projects, our team, and the day-to-day operation of the company. I enjoy building relationships with clients, solving problems, and seeing a project come together from the first conversation to the finished product.
Spokane is home, and I’m proud to be building a company here that can continue to grow and serve the community for years to come.
